The service
Fileclad provides secure document rooms, sharing links, and engagement analytics for entertainment teams. You are responsible for the content you upload and for the people you invite into a room.
Acceptable use
Do not use Fileclad to distribute unlawful material, to access another tenant’s data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that creates a security or abuse risk.
Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. You grant Fileclad the limited rights needed to store, process, display, and transmit that content to the recipients you authorize.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
