Is there a free plan?+
Yes. Starter includes 3 team members, 3 rooms, 50 documents, and 1 GB of storage. It is free for as long as you need it.
What counts as a viewer?+
Viewers are external recipients. You can create unlimited share links on every plan; limits apply to team seats, rooms, documents, and storage.
Can I use my own domain?+
Custom domains are available on Pro and Enterprise. Point a subdomain at Fileclad and your rooms carry your brand, not ours.
Do you support NDAs and e-signature?+
Every plan can require an NDA before access. Fileclad records the signed name, timestamp, IP hash, and document version in an audit certificate.
What happens to my files if I cancel?+
You can export your data and documents for 30 days after cancellation. After that, the workspace and its files are deleted according to the retention policy.
